People nowadays are becoming more and more anxious. This is happening because our world and life is getting harder and harder.

Keeping your feelings inside will only make things a lot worse in the long run.
Set daily goals and try to meet it every day. This will allow your mind occupied and prevent you can focus on something other than stressful thoughts that cause anxiety.
Keeping busy may be the key to controlling your anxiety. If you spend your entire day sitting on the sofa and focusing on nothing at all, then you tend to stew over things that you cannot change and this can enhance your anxiety.
Sitting and dwelling on your anxieties will not help it go away. Try to stay busy to keep your mind busy. Try a new hobby or art project to take your mind off of your anxiety.
