When you notice that part of the body begin to tighten, start stretching out the areas when you feel stress coming on. This will reduce the tension in your stress levels and help relax you.

One natural way to eliminate or reduce stress is to improve your overall health. Your body will be more capable of coping with the effects of stress if you follow a nutritious diet, plenty of exercise and plenty of sleep.
Consider picking flowers for your spouse, or surprising your partner with their favorite meal.
Learn how to say no when you tend to take on too many tasks and your own responsibilities. Even though you want to make others happy, taking on too much is going to bring stress into your life.

A nice hot bath is always a good remedy against stress. A hot bath relaxes tired and pains. Even if your schedule doesn’t allow for the luxury of a hot bath, if you are pressed for time.
Try to relax by closing your eyes close while you listen to soothing music. Soft music speaks to your soul and mind on many levels. As your eyes are closed, you can’t help but relax, drifting into a much better mental environment. This can be effective stress during your day.
