Description

Medical massage utilizes clinically-focused massage techniques and is appropriate for those with a medical prescription from a physician (deemed medically necessary) such as VACCN patients, or those with insurance reimbursement from an auto insurance or Workers comp company following and accident.  Documentation, such as patient receipts and clinical progress notes (S.O.A.P) notes) and correspondence to healthcare providers, claims adjusters, and attorneys is included butt some additional administrative fees may apply.  Prior to your first visit, please download and fill out the following forms from the Complements For Health Forms page link from our Home page.
